Yes, you are right! I had emptied yet another product~
As you guys know, I rely a lot on make-up due to my troubled skin, as I had shared in a few of my posts previously. (If you haven’t read about it: My LOVE-HATE relationship with Cosmetics & My Face. My Skin Story [Part 1] ). So, make-up removal is essential for my evening skincare routine.
For the past months, I have been trying to find a good make-up removal that is suitable for my skin as I find that my existing make-up removal is still not ideal enough as I find it a little too drying for my skin.
And I finished my cleansing oil, I decided to try the balm type of make-up removal. And when I was doing my research on which brands to buy. I chanced upon this Heimish All Clean Balm! And after reading reviews, I decided to buy this instead.
Heimish All Clean Balm

I am not sure if you have this sort of feeling or concern, but everytime after removing my make-up with cleansing oil, I always feel my skin a little tight and drying as if my natural oil is being strip away. And sometimes I need to second round of cleanse with the cleansing oil as my make-up are not fully removed. I am a lazy person as I usually cleanse my eye make-up with my face and sometimes, I get blur vision for a while until I washed everything out.
But, after I started using Heimish All Clean Balm, I find that my skin improves a lot and my skin don’t feel tight or dry after the cleanse. And just a small scoop of product, I can cleanse out all my make-up, including my eyes make-up. I just need one-time cleanse and my face is all clean.
I find that the balm is less harsh as compare to other make-up removal, as some of the make-up removal when comes in contact near the eyes area, my eyes will feel sting. Yup, I really love this balm a lot that I am using it daily as part of my evening routine.
How powerful is it?
Let’s do some tests.
- Eyeliner Pencil (4 lines)
- Liquid Waterproof Eyeliner (4 lines)
- Kat Von D Liquid Matte Lipstick
- Smashbox Always on Liquid Lipstick
- YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick
I draw on the back of my both hands.
For left hand, I soaked my cotton pad with micellar water to clean off. While for the right hand, I use the Heimish All Clean Balm to cleanse them away.
Let’s examine the results…
For the left hand, even when the cotton pad is stained wih so much of the cosmetics products, we can see that the stains are not fully cleanse off.
While the right hand, with just a little amount of the Heimish All Clean Balm, we can see that the make-up are fully clean off without leaving any residues or stains behind.

Overall, I love this Heimish All Clean Balm a lot. And this is the only make-up removal that I am using even though I have micellar cleansing water. I can cleanse off my make-up effortlessly with this balm and without stripping away my skin natural oil. It does not irritate my eyes when the product goes near my eyes area unlike other cleansing oil which I used before. Although it does have a little fragrance due to essential oil, my skin didn’t react to it badly.
And yes, I found my ideal cleansing balm~ I will be going to shop for this cleansing balm during my Seoul trip next month.
Stay tuned and till next post…
